CRM Analyst

The CRM analyst will ensure the use of best practices across all communication

channels with the goal of maximizing effectiveness, ROI and reducing customers churn rates. Additionally, the CRM analyst will utilize our robust database to measure performance and collect insights.


This role will also assist in analyzing and monitoring campaign performance through results, customer behaviour analysis and marketing strategy. The candidate will help define audience targeting strategy, segmentation, testing methodology, and measurement of email, SMS and web push.

The CRM analyst will be responsible for daily-weekly-monthly email, SMS and web push reporting through our BI tool, including data QA and streamlined data flow from our ESP system into our database. The analyst will be using predictive analytics, segmentation and clustering to determine tailor-made communication strategy with our customers. 

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, deep understanding of databases and data visualization, as well as thorough understanding of CRM best practices and ESP systems.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of work experience in email, SMS, web-push, ecommerce
Marketing

Past experience with different ESP systems (Iterable,Bronto, Marketo, SalesForce, Cheetahmail, etc) for both frontend and backend integration and data structure
Strong analytical background with past experience in analyzing email acquisition campaigns as well as retention efforts and optimization of customers’ LTV.
Mandatory - Excellent SQL skills, excellent excel skills. . 
Previous experience in Data Visualization tools development (data modeling as well as dashboard design) such as Sisense, Tableau and Qlik.
Demonstrated experience with measuring email metrics and KPIs, email campaign creation, optimization and customer segmentation.
Excellent communication skills with experience of creating presentations
Experience with A/B tests - planning, execution and methodologies
Past experience with ETL tools, redshift/aws databases - an advantage
Experience with Python and R - an advantage
