About the job:

This is a unique brand-building opportunity for someone wanting to grow their career in brand management. As a Marketing Manager (Brand), you are responsible for defining strategies and building annual consumer and omni-channel brand marketing by understanding the consumer’s needs, customer and competitive landscape, business model metrics and market dynamics. You will spearhead the development and execution of marketing programs from ideation to launch, with ownership over the 360 omni-channel marketing plan. This includes working on all areas of the launch – building brand awareness in the market, overseeing the creation of all brand assets and educational content, close liaison with our omni- channel partners and external agency partners.

This role is for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment with the ability to work autonomously.

Sample Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market and business to identify opportunities for growth, define strategies and ensure objectives are being realized.
  • Business planning, project management and execution.
  • Build brand equity and create value with an ecosystem of creative omni-channel content and seamless connections through to commerce.
  • Oversee brand experience > integrate across the consumer journey.
  • Define data-based audiences, set content strategy and partner internally and externally to deliver communications objectives and strong marketing ROI.
  • Show leadership in creating and executing fresh, innovative concepts that enhance response strategies and achieve client objectives.
  • Responsible for current knowledge and understanding of emerging trends and technologies and the ability to institute best practices for traditional and digital marketing products.


  • 4+ years experience managing the creative side of a D2C ecommerce beauty or wellness brand as a Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and curating effective campaigns
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
  • Degree in marketing or a related field beneficial
  • You are a self-starter, a driver and you form great working relationship with peers
  • You flourish in fast-paced environments

What We Offer:

  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 (Dependent on experience)
